We have recently upgraded the Osprey server. If you use SSL/TLS to access your emails then check that your email settings are set to our example below:
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
Please note, the above is an example - Change mail.your-domain-name.co.uk to your your actual domain name.
