SMTP Port 25 Blocking - Outgoing Mail Problems

More ISPs are starting to block port 25. If you or your clients are having problems sending mail, the first thing you should do is change your SMTP port to port 26 instead of port 25. If that doesn't work, then open a ticket, however 98% of the time, that's the issue if you simply can't send but you can receive emails.

To change to port 26, check your Outlook Express "Advanced" tab. You'll see SMTP set to 25, so just change that to 26, and you're good to go!
